Queer Yukon is now providing regular clinics for blood collection & lab requisitions at our space in Whitehorse. Don't forget to bring the lab requisition form from your Health Care Provider & Yukon health care card!

How will it work?
There will be four 15min time slots available to book in advance. Unfortunately we cannot offer drop-in for this service at this time.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Queer Yukon staff member who will ask for your name to confirm your appointment. They will then see you to the lab professional or show you to the waiting area.

- You will need to provide:
- name;
- date of birth;
- A health care card number (YHCIP #), and
- A requisition form provided to you from a health care provider.
