PRIDE FESTIVAL COMMUNICATIONS & ACTING COMMUNICATIONS LEAD
Mira's Headshot
Samantha, a Marketing Student at Mount Royal University, is happy to spend her summer in Whitehorse, the Traditional and Current Territory of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation and Ta’an Kwäch’än Council. With a background spanning makeup artistry to government administration, she has learned that helping individuals succeed is crucial to any job. She is passionate about luxury goods and event marketing and is excited to learn more about community building with Queer Yukon.

When she is not serving you pizza or helping you with your Pride Tickets, Samantha can be found laughing with friends or paranoidly reminding them of bear safety facts while enjoying the Yukon wilderness. Samantha may have a “cold” face, but she promises she’s only trying to reduce wrinkles and encourages you to say hi!
